I’ve ordered from 1800contacts a few times now, i kinda blame my eye doctor’s office for making me think contacts had to cost that much. The prices here have been better, shipping has been simple, and reordering is really easy. For the price and convenience, it’s definitely been worth it for me. No real complaints.

I ordered my contacts using my insurance was easy, easy. It showed me what was covered and what I still had to pay, so there wasn’t any guessing or confusion. I also liked that there were a few payment options at checkout. The whole thing was way less annoying than I thought it would be.

I’ve ordered from 1800contacts a few times now, and I’m honestly 100% convinced it’s a safe place to buy from. I’ve never had a single weird card charge, spammy email situation, or anything sketchy happen after ordering. Login and checkout feel secure, my info stays saved without making the whole process irritating, and everything is just easy. I have zero privacy concerns so far.

I started using this a few months ago to keep track of contacts for myself and my kids, and it’s made things a lot less confusing. Before, every reorder felt like I had to double-check whose prescription was whose. Now I can just switch between profiles in one account and get it done quickly. I did run into one issue last month when I was trying to update a prescription, but support got back to me faster than I expected and helped sort it out. It’s not totally perfect, but for managing everyone’s orders over time, it’s been really easy to use.

I really like how flexible the subscription is with 1800 Contacts. I don’t always use my contacts at the same pace, so it makes a big difference that I can move the delivery date or change the quantity when I need to. To me, it feels like the service is actually built around real life instead of forcing you into a fixed schedule.
I’ve skipped a shipment before, and it was no big deal. There wasn’t any annoying back-and-forth or long phone call, just a quick change and I was done. It’s simple, it works, and for something like contacts, that’s pretty much exactly what I want.

Canceling was super straightforward, and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops or explain myself five different times. Customer service took care of it quickly, and the cancellation/refund confirmation came through like it should. My snap judgment was that it’d be annoying, but it ended up being really easy

I’ve been using 1800 Contacts on both the website and the app, and overall it’s been really easy. Reordering my lenses doesn’t take forever, which I appreciate. The app is straightforward too, not overly complicated like some shopping apps can be. Uploading my prescription was quick, and checkout went through without any issues. It’s not going to change your life or anything, but it definitely makes ordering contacts a lot less of a hassle.

I ordered my contacts in about 5 minutes, i felt relieved by how simple it was. I found my usual brand right away, checkout went smoothly, and nothing felt frustrating or complicated. It just felt way easier than having to call my eye doctor again and deal with all that back-and-forth...
